So I was stressed beyond belief...

My DisneyTripWithFreeDining2008 is officially cancelled and I am overwhelmed with the stresses of money this year. I know the why's, I did the right thing the wrong way, so now I am paying for it, no more fighting, just let us get it over with.

HOW TO REDUCE STRESS???

Here are some suggestions I have found (true/false???) Dunno.
1. Walk the dog - eeeek! I dont have a dog and man, I really don't need another mouth to feed or another hiney to clean up after!
2. Glance out the window..... okay... I think I am suppose to daydream or something... this suggestion comes from a university study.
3. Review vacation pictures... hehe, uhmmmm sit back, relax and visit Sweet Disney memories!
4. Goat cheese on crackers? Yup, some swedish trick for reducing stress they say... hey - dang, why isn't there switzerland in Epcot... like where is my holy(hole-inmy) cheese country? Before I get all worked up about no Swisse-ness in Epcot, they say even the U.S. Military's Uniformed University of Health and Science found that the amino acid tyrosine found in cheese, chicken and pork improves alertness and mood. Who knew?
5. Chew gum. They say this is a tension reliever. Yeah, it helped when I stopped smoking.... until I had to go to the dentist.... and that bill.... YOWSA! STRESS, TENSION, with Pain to boot!!!! :(
6. Take notes... this is suppose to relieve anxiety. When I read this, it made me think twice - sometimes when I am overwhelmed, I write down and list all the things I am worried about, that bill, that reminder, this overdue bill, oh and all those doctor appointments... yeah, it helps. Sometimes.
7. Plan dinner in advance to avoid overeating. uhmmm lets all take this thought back and ponder the meaning of life... dUh. All moms KNOW this by now, are we complaining that we overeat when we don't plan? No, we complain when we ask for some co0peration... we make dinner changes on the fly when the family schedule changes, or some other eco-environmental-mental factor comes into play.

I am going back to day dreaming about next years trip to the world.

Trippin to the World!

I love going to Disney World for vacation. The excitement starts with careful planning. I am not a very organized person in any aspect of my life, but when it comes to going to Disney World for vacation, every moment invested in the planning is money in my pocket and maximizes the magic when I am there. I hope to share some of my experiences with you, and some of my yet realized magical dreams. As most people know, it is impossible to squeeze in everything to do in Orlando or in Disney in one or two or three or four or even five vacations. And they are always adding things... so each trip is unique.
